I said no to social plans because I was nervous I was going to overindulge with food and drinks. (But then I'd stay home and eat an entire jar of peanut butter anyway.)
I focused on overly restricting myself and made myself MISERABLE, OVERWHELMED, and ANXIOUS.
I had horrible cystic acne from how stressed I was. I dated horrible men because I had low self-confidence. I worked in horrible jobs because I didn't know what my purpose was in life. All because I was too focused on dieting and kept failing with that which made my self-worth, self-love, and self-respect PLUMET.
Fast forward to now... I'm my best self. Truly. Because of my habits. That's it.
