SERVICE AGREEMENT

Dine Out, Stay Hot™ – 5-Day Restaurant Confidence System

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Amanda Dobler Fitness ("Company") and the participant ("Client") upon enrollment in the Dine Out, Stay Hot™ program. By completing the purchase, the Client agrees to the following terms:


1. PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Program Name: Dine Out, Stay Hot™

  • Duration: 5 Days (March 25 - March 29, 2024)

  • Live Call Schedule: Monday - Friday @ 12PM EST

  • Delivery Method: Live Zoom calls with replay access

  • Access: Lifetime access to call recordings


2. PAYMENT & PRICING

  • The Client agrees to pay the full program fee of $222 (early bird) or $333 (standard price) at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • If the Client chooses to join the Fat Loss Formula (FLF) coaching program, they may apply the full amount paid for Dine Out, Stay Hot™ as a credit toward FLF.


3. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

  • Due to the immediate access to program materials, all sales are final.

  • There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no exceptions.

  • If the Client is unable to attend live, they will have lifetime access to replays.


4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining Dine Out, Stay Hot™, the Client agrees to:
✔ Attend the live coaching calls or watch the replays.
✔ Take personal responsibility for implementing the strategies provided.
✔ Understand that results depend on their own effort and consistency.


5. PROGRAM ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All program materials, including voice notes, guides, and recordings, are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from the Company.

  • The Company retains all intellectual property rights to program content.


6. PARTICIPATION & MEDIA RELEASE

  • By enrolling, the Client agrees to participate in live Zoom coaching calls as part of the program.

  • The Client understands that all Zoom calls will be recorded and that their voice, image, and participation may appear in the recorded content.

  • The Client acknowledges that these recordings will be available to other program participants and may be used as part of future program materials.

  • If the Client chooses to turn their camera on or speak during the live sessions, they consent to their participation being recorded and shared.


7. DISCLAIMERS

  • This program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as personalized nutritional or medical advice.

  • The Client acknowledges that results will vary based on individual factors, including effort, consistency, and personal habits.


8. LIABILITY RELEASE

By enrolling in Dine Out, Stay Hot™, the Client releases the Company and its representatives from any liability or claims related to their participation in the program.


9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the participation & media release section.
