STAY HOT Monthly Masterclass Membership - Terms of Purchase & Service Agreement

By enrolling in the Monthly Masterclass Membership, you are agreeing to the following legally binding terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of this membership and instant access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

2. Recurring Billing Terms
Your initial payment of $399 grants access to the current masterclass vault. A monthly subscription of $99 will automatically renew each month thereafter unless canceled.

  • Your billing date will recur on the same day of the month as your original purchase.

  • To avoid additional charges, cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle. Late cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstance.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time by managing your subscription directly from your Kajabi portal. Cancellation halts future billing and access to the content at the end of your current paid term. No partial refunds will be issued.

4. Chargebacks & Legal Protections
Attempting to bypass these terms through a payment dispute or chargeback is a breach of this agreement. If you initiate a false claim, we reserve the right to:

  • Pursue legal action or collections

  • Report the incident to payment processors

  • Ban access to all current and future services

You will be held liable for any legal, administrative, or processing fees incurred as a result.

5. No Sharing Policy
Your membership login is for your individual use only. Sharing access, materials, or replays with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
Violators may be subject to legal action for breach of intellectual property and membership terms.

7. Access Terms
